3.2. Payment for transportation services will be made through the App using the available payment methods.
3.3. The Provider will deduct a commission from the fare for each completed trip, as agreed upon in your contract with the Provider.
4.1. You agree to use a vehicle that meets the requirements specified by the Provider for providing transportation services through the App.
4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition at all times.
5.1. The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. The Provider does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6.2. In no event shall the Provider's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid to you for transportation services provided through the App.
7.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App.
7.2. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
